WORKING PRINCIPLE OF CENTRALISED FUME EXTRACTOR

The fumes then pass through three stages of filtration:

• 1^st stage filtration involves a cartridge filter fumes/dusts of 3 microns are trapped in this filter, and it comes with reverse pulse self cleaning technology to maintain the efficiency and the life of filters, Number of cartridge filters are determined by the dust load and filter area required for the filtration.
• 2^nd stage filtration involves a Hepa filter fumes upto 0.5 microns are trapped in this filter, The Hepa media provided is of high efficiency thus effectively controlling the fume/dust particles from the environmental exposure.
• 3^rd stage filtration involves an activated carbon filter which traps the odour generated by the fumes, thus making the work environment safe to work, the activated carbon media has a shelf life up to 1 year beyond that it would be saturated ,our filter is designed in such a way for easy replacement of activated carbon media.

Why you should use a Soldering Fume Extractor ?

Solder Smoke consists of gaseous metal pollutants such as Aluminum (respirable), Beryllium, Boron trifluoride, Copper (fume),  Hydrogen fluoride, Iron oxide (fume), Lead, Silver, Zinc oxide etc. These pollutants when inhaled causes adverse health effects on solder worker.
